Mumbai-based Adfactors PR has made a strategic investment in Yorke Communications, a-Bangalore based communication services company. This acquisition will help Adfactors PR to fortify its PR value chain.
Adfactors is a PR firm ranking among the Asia’s top 10 firms and was founded by Madan Bahal in 1997. With a headcount of over 450 in four Asian countries—India, UAE, Singapore and Sri Lanka–Adfactors PR serves more than 250 retained clients, including some of the largest corporations and financial institutions–both Indian and multinational—as well as governments.
This acquisition significantly strengthens Adfactors PR’s value chain by boosting its capabilities to offer superior content, which can be leveraged across platforms. B2B, B2C and B2G clients stand to benefit immensely from integrated communication services, digital marketing, content creation and distribution.

As per the agreement this investment won’t make any changes to the operations of Yorke Communications and it will continue to operate as an independent company under the guidance of Peter Yorke, CEO and Co-Founder of Yorke Communications.
