Amazon-backed hyperlocal home services startup, Housejoy, has raised $3.24 Mn (INR 23 Cr) in a bridge funding round led by Matrix Partners India, according to a Registrar of Companies (RoC) filing. The Bengaluru-based startup has raised this funding after a gap of three years.

In the round, Matrix invested about $1.34 Mn (INR 9.61 Cr), while Vertex Ventures, RTP Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, and Sama Capital together put in $1.58 Mn (INR 11.3 Cr). Serial entrepreneur Ganesh Krishnan also participated in the round with $327K (INR 2.35 Cr). However, Amazon has not participated in the round.
