Gurgaon-based marketing and advertising agency Muses Marketing Pvt Ltd has merged with an online branding agency AdOnStream Services LLP. The value of the merged entity is estimated to be at $2 Mn.
Founded in 2012 by Ronak Singh Ahuja, Muses Marketing, helps startups and leading organisations achieve their promotion and sales by providing expertise with BTL activations service. It has been providing BTL branding activities to most of the brands and startups in the northern region of India including Snapfitness, Bluestone, Doormint, Peppertap, Revv, AskMeGrocery among others.
While, AdOnStream Services that was started during the same time in 2012 was founded by three IIT-R Alumni, Anand Kumar, Vyom Garg and Divij Goyal. The startup offered online branding services like SMM, SEM, Adwords, etc. and has focused on selecting the right target audience for the brands, company or products.
The partnership will enable Muses Marketing to offer a complete marketing, branding and consulting solution for its brands.
The two companies have earlier been bootstrapped. Ronak Singh Ahuja, co-founder of Muses Marketing said that with the merged entity, a greater value has been created, thus, they are in talks with various investors for funding. The merged entity is planning to expand its presence in Bangalore and Mumbai. It is also planning to launch a new product, for which the funding is planned to be used.
The new product that will be rolled out is designed to act as a B2B portal and a bridge for connecting marketing agencies and marketing departments of a brand.
Ronak added that they are already in contact with a few VC firms to close a $1 Mn round within a few months and this merger is the first step in closing that round.
