Butterfly Interactive, a Delhi-based online marketplace for extra curricular activities and hobby sciences, has raised an undisclosed amount in angel round funding from a group of Delhi-based angel investors. The app is available on Android and iOS platform.
Butterfly Interative was launched by Luv Gupta in August, 2015. The app allows you to book a class/activity at your preferred time and location and removes the hassle of billing and payment by providing you with an in-app payment gateway.
It offers activities such as gym, institute for learning foreign languages, dance studios, cooking classes or a certified trainer for martial arts.
Butterfly aims to help consumers get precisely what they are looking for, keeping in account for key factors like location of the service provider, preferred schedule, confortable price points etc. The startup is integrated with merchants which helps to enable search, compare and decide the required provider.
The funds will be utilised to expand the business approach. “This funding is a step closer in fulfilling our endeavor in creating a single largest and unique destination for rewarding every consumer’s passion and excitement by creating value as their service provider,” said Luv Gupta, founder, Butterfly.
